THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

WHAT LICENSURE/INSURANCE DO YOU HAVE?

We are licensed through NCDHSR to provide companion, sitter, and respite, in-home aide. We also are insured! We carry Professional Liability, General Liability, Employer Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.  We can provide proof of each when requested.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

We received our Home Care License on April 24th, 2022. In our first year we have helped keep over 80 local seniors in the comfort of their own home.

IS HOME CARE THE RIGHT OPTION?

Home Care is a good option for anyone that wants to remain independent in their home or community, but may have difficulty doing so due to age, disability or if they're recovering from surgery or injury. Several of our clients who chose Cappy’s started out with us for 4 hours a week just to get out of the house, or just to have someone to talk to. We were able to build a strong bond with each of our clients and most, if not all of them, have become full time clients or around the clock clients. If you or a loved one feel as though you could utilize our services, reach out to us to learn more about how we can assist you. Our registered nurse will come to your home and do a free in-home assessment to help you design a care plan suitable for your needs

WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP THE SAME CAREGIVER?

We strive for consistency with our clients. We try to only send out one permanent caregiver and a fill-in, but unfortunately we can not guarantee solely one caregiver.

Non-medical home care in North Carolina refers to in-home aide care and/or companion care provided in one's home or place of residence. While we can not provide nursing care we can assist in getting you connected with all the local resources.
